Japanese curry rice

Feeling under the weather, we decided we didn't want to eat out and so we cooked Japanese curry rice.

Here's what we used. Baby carrots, potatoes and curry sauce mix.


This brand, S&B, was pretty good. Lam, our friend, recommends another brand called 'Vermont'. We will probably try that another time.

The chicken was cooked separately and mixed into the curry later.


A piping hot dish of Japanese curry chicken rice! Yum!
